Day 25
25 days and still going? This must be a record!!!
Cardio last night was a breeze..I increased my speed slightly but still found it easy?! Should I go for a longer run??!
I used to get a stitch in my side after 17 minutes.. Now none at all!
Once again feeling awesome !

Day 24
UBWO was too easy last night! My multigym made short work of the whole thing!
It’s time to jump up on the weights!
I’m getting stronger! Which is nice!
Feel great! Got my visa/flights sorted for the U.S - I’m so excited!

Day 23
The days are flying past! And it seems like this routine is in my DNA now!
As I’ve probably said many times I’ve tried different workouts and routines, this feels such a good balance.
I had a great cardio session last nite on the treadmill. To the point where Im thinking of moving the speed up a notch! My 10 will become 11 :)
I couldn’t resist having ago on the multigym! It’s awesome there is so much you can do on it.
Tonight is UBWO and I cant wait to push myself!
I really need to hit it hard this week as I’m in the U.S from Saturday, I’m going to be jet lagged and all sorts. I do have a gym where I’m going which is cool!

Built the multigym today! It’s LBWO day so I didn’t get much chance to use it! (all free weights)
Everything’s going well!
Even did a 2mile walk/run with the wife!!

Day 21 (Weigh In day)
I’ve lost 1.4kgs!!! Yes
Thats 4.6kg’s in total so far!
Again I must stress I am aware that I should not always hope to lose weight as muscle is growing as I push weights 3-4 days aweek and my body will get heavier!
My arms feel so heavy at the moment!
Feeling great! Here’s to week 4 ! And my new gym landing at 1pm today!!

Day 20 (late)
Lying in bed thinking about weighing myself in the morning! And taking my pic !
I’m so, so in control right now it feels great! Looking forward to sorting the garage out to make room for my multigym!
I’ve read so many stories about how ppl can’t do this program or how they missed a few days training?!?
My advice?
You can’t change what’s happend today is YOUR new day. Today you start to be back in control, own it make it yours! After all it’s yours to take, you have the tools and so do I.
I wish I had a close friend I could share this with! But I don’t!
So when they look my way in a 9 weeks time they will say ‘fair play’ I’m going to have a go on that Program, I’m going to be their every step of the way!
This is my motivation !
