Well well, it appears that no magic tablet Is going to keep me awake :( I was nearly asleep again on the train home yesterday! And I overslept this morning! Maybe this is the bad part about exercising 6 days aweek!
On the plus side I’m at the end of week two! That’s just awesome ..
No fizzy drinks no crisps no junk! Just 3 bottles of water aday and eating the good stuff! And I do indeed feel better if a little tired!

Wow! Fell asleep on the train yesterday ! First time ever! Not good when you know you have the 20 minute cardio waiting for you on your return home!
I must say my energy levels are all over the place… By 11am I was starving and at 5:45-6pm. So I’ve decided to try out some new glucose tabs to keep me going (see above pic) hopefully they should give me the pick me up I need?
Last night I hit the running machine hard, I’m loving it! I’ve managed to get some batteries for the display and I can give you some numbers about the speed and distance next time I’m using it.
I’m really not a ‘numbers’ person as you can tell I have posted nothing about my size or what weights I’m using or speed I’m running .. I think I will in the future.. Until then I can tell you for sure I’m a 36” waist! ;)

Like anything in this world you have to work at it to be good at it! Yesterday was tough! I’ve never had pain like that before and it made me angry as I had to miss a gym session (I hate it when things don’t go to plan) thankfully by the time I got home my body felt better and I completed my UBWO and also pushed a very demanding 10 minute run on the treadmill ! I felt so so much better by the end of the night!
I really love pushing the weights!
When I think of all the other programs I’ve done!? Oh boy there have been alot!
The one I stuck to for a few months was the ‘Micha bo’ DVD It was a mix martial arts and fitness and I loved every moment of it… Ahh happy memories!
I’m really looking forward to my next weigh in on Friday! I really am back on the positive wagon! Thx god !
Bad night, bad morning! Im in alot of pain, no exercise last night, I must of really messed up on my LBWO. My back hurts like hell!
Another bank holiday today and I’m still working, it adds more time to my journey to work so I’m feeling very grumpy this morning!

It’s bank holiday here in the UK but as I work in retail it’s just an ordinary day, which I kinda like as it gives me routine, too much free time and I’m going to eat everything I see (lol)
After a week of following this program I’m feeling on-top! I’m really enjoying the demands of the cardio and can honestly say I want to ‘run’ everyday! Would it hurt that much if I did?
So I do have a before picture and I did take another one for the end of week 1 - I’m not feeling that confident to post it here just yet!
