LBWO last night and I can feel it this morning! I hurt!
It’s bank holiday here in the UK but as I work in retail it’s just an ordinary day, which I kinda like as it gives me routine, too much free time and I’m going to eat everything I see (lol)
After a week of following this program I’m feeling on-top! I’m really enjoying the demands of the cardio and can honestly say I want to ‘run’ everyday! Would it hurt that much if I did?
So I do have a before picture and I did take another one for the end of week 1 - I’m not feeling that confident to post it here just yet!
Looking forward to the treadmill…
