Like anything in this world you have to work at it to be good at it! Yesterday was tough! I’ve never had pain like that before and it made me angry as I had to miss a gym session (I hate it when things don’t go to plan) thankfully by the time I got home my body felt better and I completed my UBWO and also pushed a very demanding 10 minute run on the treadmill ! I felt so so much better by the end of the night!

When I think of all the other programs I’ve done!? Oh boy there have been alot!
The one I stuck to for a few months was the ‘Micha bo’ DVD It was a mix martial arts and fitness and I loved every moment of it… Ahh happy memories!
I’m really looking forward to my next weigh in on Friday! I really am back on the positive wagon! Thx god !
