Wow! Fell asleep on the train yesterday ! First time ever! Not good when you know you have the 20 minute cardio waiting for you on your return home!
I must say my energy levels are all over the place… By 11am I was starving and at 5:45-6pm. So I’ve decided to try out some new glucose tabs to keep me going (see above pic) hopefully they should give me the pick me up I need?
Last night I hit the running machine hard, I’m loving it! I’ve managed to get some batteries for the display and I can give you some numbers about the speed and distance next time I’m using it.
I’m really not a ‘numbers’ person as you can tell I have posted nothing about my size or what weights I’m using or speed I’m running .. I think I will in the future.. Until then I can tell you for sure I’m a 36” waist! ;)
